From August 20th to 23rd, MAGO participated in the '2025 Smart Work & Contact Center Expo (SWCC)' held at COEX. Under the overarching theme of 'Customer Experience (CX) Innovation,' it was a meaningful time to meet many experts and share deep insights about the current and future of the industry.
The topic most discussed on-site was 'AICC (Artificial Intelligence Contact Center).' Many companies showed great interest in technologies that go beyond simple automation to understand customers' emotions and intentions to provide a better experience.
Amid this market trend, we were able to confirm that MAGO's technical direction of 'voice understanding' beyond 'voice recognition' is very valid. Many people inquired about our self-developed Voice Foundation Model and the easily accessible Audion platform.
